Resolved [1.4.4.6] Game setting time to dusk immediately after dawn.

Pretty self-explanatory. Was happening while playing multiplayer, didn't really get time to test it.

We've just put out a hot-hotfix to resolve this issue!

You'll need to restart Terraria, and possibly restart Steam to force the download if Steam is being uncooperative. Please let me know if there are any further issues!
