Resolved [2DS] The traveling merchant doesn't come...

So.... Hi!
I am not very good in writting in english, but I really need some help.

I have a 2DS and I bought terraria in Nintendo eShop. The game work well... But I have a big problem in my game. The traveling merchant doesn't come. I have 4 NPC in my home and money. I don't know why he doesn't come. Am I alone with this bug????

Please help me!

that is becasue the game is still outdated for still being 1.2 version that will never get a 1.2.3-1.3 update

will never be corrected, as they won't release a new3DS exclusive version, and the standard 3DS was discontinued along with the game's updates on it
