For both the console edition & mobile edition of Terraria preforming a dash is near impossible due to the controls, making dashing practically unusable for these versions which make the vast majority of the player base
Therefore a keybind for controllers & a button for touchscreen would fix this issue granting terrarians without a PC the ability to utilize dash accessories.
this is not major as the game is still very enjoyable even without dashing, although bosses such as Duke fishron and Empress of light are substantially more difficult.
