a question

i downloaded some resource packs in the steam workshop, and show up in my terraria and work, but i want to edit some things inside of the resource packs, but when i open the folder there is nothing inside, how can i fix this? is the workshop items somewhere else? or are they downloaded in the cloud? and if so, how can i change that?

Resource packs and worlds downloaded from the Workshop are located in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\105600
