AFK farm that doesn’t work, need tips

So basically, I’ve tried to copy his farm —>

. Did everything good, though still no arapaimas that would spawn. I did even make a jungle biome next to my farm, and obviously, turtles, man-eaters, etc are spawn in. Though for ocean creatures, very few crimson jellyfish and only normal jellyfish and sharks would spawn.
