(I decide to read through some of the pages from last night and here I see Ink just not even mentioning Vani despite her also being one of the first friends he made- am I really that irrelevant lately?)

(In my defense, I specifically brought up those friendships for the reveal of his romantic/sexual orientation, hence why they were all male.)

It'd be a bit more complicated than was explained, as the bolt-action mechanism wasn't described in detail, but fairly simple.
