PC All my characters disappeared?

I was playing with a character on a multiplayer server and when i decided to stop I was about to play single player when i saw my character page blank, I thought it was a visual bug at first but making a new character only showed that character. I checked my the Terraria player folder and the only character was the one i just made, all my worlds are still here.
Please help

Ps. Recycle bin has no trace of my characters, and my backup was very old
 
I found out that deleting one character deletes them all (I deleted a character when all my characters disappeared)
Also, could any mod move this to tech support?
 
It seems when i deleted the character to test, it deleted all my worlds, and they're not in my recycle bin
Is there any way to get them back :c
