PC Angler ignoring accessories when deciding award

After doing a fishing quest on the latest version of Terraria on Steam, I noticed the quest reward was a Fishing Bobber, an accessory I had equipped in my second loadout, which I had active when accepting the award. I had the fishing bob itself equipped, not another item in its crafting tree, however, I still got it as a quest item. Is there a way to check logs to see exactly how it was decided that the Fishing Bobber would be my quest reward item?

The fishing bobber is not a part of the "Items to check whether you've already one obtained" as it's a standalone accessoire

Had something similar, but with the High test fishing line, which should be unique according to the wiki. I reported it here, for PS5.
