Are minecarts and weapons racks in the ps4 version???

Just trying to figure out if there are weapons racks and minecarts are in the ps4 version of terraria.

If I am wrong, anyone can correct me, but I believe they were added in 1.2.3/1.2.4. So you have to wait for that update.

They are supposedly getting added in the next update, though we don't know exactly when that is.
