PC BAK file got nuked, however PLR file is fine.

When I was playing offline on terraria, I had done a lot of work. Later, when I had to unplug my desktop fully to move it to another room, I noticed that my character wasn't there. I checked the files in C:\Users\<Me>\Documents\MyGames\Terraria\Players and noticed that only my PLR file of the character was there. I tried searching google for answers but found none. I would really appreciate help as that is my only character I normally play on.

UPDATE: My world is also gone, but I still have the MAP thing for my character right before I turned off my PC.
