Standalone Basic Item Creator

This is effect of my boredom is small program that allow to create a Basic Item for terraria with out any coding

Wait a moment, when you create the item..

Where does it go? I just used this and filled in everything fine, but it doesn't do anything?

Could you provide a little more info on this program?
