Mobile Best magic clothes+dragons?

Can someone tell me the best Armor and weapons for a mage? Thanks

As a lot of people would tell you "there isn't a best one," but I prefer a Razorblade Typhoon with full Spectre damaging set. It's not the best but it works since we don't have the 1.3 armor yet
