Bug: "Chunk" Missing from world

So me and a friend have been playing on a modded world for a few weeks with no issues. Though today when I tried to get into the world a literal chunk of the world was missing which happen to be where my house was. I was just wondering if anyone else has had this issue and knew a fix. Also for some reason it seems to be fine if I run it on single player, only in multiplayer will this chunk of the world be missing. Hoping someone can help. Thanks.

Are you using magic storage? If so, this means that you have way too many items in a single storage unit. It may help to move some items to another storage unit outside that chunk, use chests, or just plain clear that thing out of stuff you won't be needing anymore.
