PS4 Bug

I have to aim my cursor 1 block above what im trying to break/place but this only happens in multiplayer but when my friend leaves the game it goes back to normal but when he joins back it goes back to being 1 block too high and there's no way i can find to fix it. btw im playing on ps4
 
I have to aim my cursor 1 block above what im trying to break/place but this only happens in multiplayer but when my friend leaves the game it goes back to normal but when he joins back it goes back to being 1 block too high and there's no way i can find to fix it and it makes the game really unfun to play. btw im playing on ps4 split screen l.
 
I have the same issue - on split-screen on PS4, the cursor is one block higher than where I am hitting. Makes things like building so hard. Can this be fixed, please?
