Building Ideas

Ok, so I am doing my first map where my npcs don't have a hotel. The entire map will have details and be visually pleasing. Problem is I don't bag many ideas. I have my house, a pond, and a bridge on the pond. But now i need ideas for npc housing. That's where you guys come in! I'd like to hear your ideas on cool buildings for my npcs. Note however, by posting your ideas you are giving me full permission to use them as I please unless you state otherwise. But don't worry, I won't steal them and pretend you never existed.

NPC's that still need housing;
Guide
Nurse
Merchant
Dryad
Mechanic
Goblin Tinkerer
Stylist
Painter
Dye Trader
Angler
Arms Dealer

Stylist:
Something colourful, urban-like. Maybe a building structure like this:

Dye Trader:
Smoky atmosphere, build with sandstone.
Goblin Tinkerer/Mechanic:
Dark, clattered. Something steampunk-like but not entirely
Steampunker:
Obviously, steampunk, with a hint of vanilla (use wood blocks)
Dryad:
You can go through this 2 ways:
A living tree-like building, or
Marble Palace
Arms Dealer:
Have it in some alleyway, or even underground
