PS4 Bulk crafting jumping

I am having an issue, when bulk crafting. Say I want to make 5,000 glass out of my sand, I press and hold quick craft (L2) and it makes a load then the menu jumps to a different option, so I have to find the glass again.

Can anyone please help me as to why this is happening and how to make it stop?

Try turning off AutoPause before you craft. This is a known issue that's been around for a while. Maybe 1.4 will finally fix it.
