Updated the mod to tModLoader 0.11.3
pre-HM bulldozer has a default pick power of 59% but it will use a higher one if you have a pickaxe in your inventory with a higher pick power
Same with the HM one, but it defaults at 190%. Dungeon and Lihzard tiles are still unbreakable though.
Also added wall breaking to the bulldozer, configurable thanks to the new Mod Config feature from tModLoader 0.11.3
