BrusselSprouts693 Retinazer Jul 8, 2018 #2 Keep in mind: Medusa Statues can still spawn Medusa pre-Hardmode, but they won't drop loot. Doesn't drop Items when killed by traps. Usual drop rates reduced by a factor of 20.
