Game Mechanics Buying thrown away items from the Skeleton Merchant - Lost and Found

We've all thrown away items that we've needed later and probably spent a good deal of time regretting it. However, what if you could get those items back? Upon selecting "Lost and Found" in the skeleton merchant's UI, an inventory will open with all items you've ever thrown away. Pages will be there if necessary for space. A slot of items, stack or individual can be bought back with a diamond.​

Maybe 6 most recent items that have despawned or been thrown away
Else it would bee too much for the game to keep track of every item you've thrown away

Every item you've ever thrown away? That is too many items. And most of those would be dirt or stone or other junk items you don't care about. I agree with the guy above me, it should just be the last few items.
