You can't get them without inventory editing and that isn't allowed on the forums here. :/
(at least for the console version)

Red's Wings are not legitimately obtainable on Console or Mobile versions of the game and hacking/modding is also disallowed on those platforms, so discussion of what can only be hacked items is not allowed.
