Other Can see "Original" name of item/block etc. for search on Wiki for example!

I'm brazillian and I was very happy to know that Terraria would be translated into my natural language, but sometimes i need search for something that i have doubt but almost all the wiki of Terraria is in English and i have a little of hard to find the original name of thing i have doubt. Would be cool i can see the original name pressing some key for example. In the inventory i can put the mouse in the item/block and pressing "Shift" for example i can see the original name below the item description or another location and for bosses/enemies the same thing but is not in the inventory.

I can see this being useful. Although I'm american, so it doesn't really affect me.
