PS4 Can't access accessories or armor ps5

Can hover over half of the accessories and all of the armor but when trying to change/swap them locks your cursor into the pets/carts menu and won't let you go any further. It will also bug out with the controls and won't let you equip/unequip items. Causes game to be unpleasant to play.

What happens if you press A while you’re on the equipment section?
 
Locks you to the far right we're the mount and hook is. Only had the bug happen first day but it fixed itself somehow
