Mobile Change the refresh rate in the game

Hello everyone, I have one problem, I would be grateful if you could help, on version 1.4.4.9.2 when I change the screen to 90 hertz, then the fps drops by 45, but if I change the hertz back to 60, then the fpsin the game it becomes 60 again, in version 1.4.4.9.1 there is no such problem, please help
 
The game could run at higher frame rates, however the desktop version (with which the mobile version shares a lot of code) assumes 60 fps for a bunch of things like animations, and also only sets things like hover text 60 times a second, which makes it flicker at higher fps.
