Collector's Edition without carrot

I had bought the collector's edition of Terraria a couple of years ago and I never really bothered to report that I don't have the special carrot item that comes with it.
Fast forward to 2020 when I'm playing with my friend and he has the bunny pet activated. I always thought the carrot was limited edition or something and that I missed my chance but after some research I found that all collector's edition players have it.
Does anyone know if I can still get it?

EDIT:
I can't summon the bunny after cheating the carrot into my inventory.
My copy of the Terraria Collector's Edition came with a 2-sided poster, a blue slime card, a dirt block card and, of course, the disc.

There should be a script on the disk that unlocks the bunny pet for you

Correct! I reinstalled the game with the disc and found the "activate bunny pet" button.
I don't think reinstalling was needed but it still worked!

If you have the disk itself, there are external (USB) CD-ROM or DVD drives. Buy or borrow one of those and you should be set.
