Crafting & Enemy Drops Issues

My problem is NORMAL

The ingredient in crafting menu rendering big i cannot see how many i need and crimson does not drop souls of night and rare chance of corruptor palladins and floaty gross to spawn

Yeah, they really are too big. :/
Corruptors and Floaty Grosses don't spawn. I spent hours looking for them to get vitamins. (And for Souls of Night in Underground Crimson... I got: 0)
Guess I won't get Ankh Shield anytime soon.
Not sure about Paladins, though. I'm avoiding Dungeon until I get Shroomite Armor again.
And I am the only one who can craft anything anywhere? If I only have materials and that item unlocked. Like, thousands blocks away from Adamantite Forge... And I can craft Chlorophyte Bars :p
