Console Custom controls automatically activate radial hotbar

So, custom controls are very useful. But on Terraria console (or just Xbox idk) custom controls automatically make you use the radial hotbar. Even if the left and right bumpers are set to scroll the regular hotbar, it makes you use the radial. This wouldn't be a problem if I actually liked the radials. It's annoying because I have to use classic console/reddigits pack if I want to use the hotbar normally. It's even more annoying because neither of them use the lock on feature. I hate aiming with a controller and I really want this bug to be fixed. Thanks!

The radial menu will happen if you hold down the left (potion radial hotbar) or right (inventory radial hot bar) bumper so if you tap it it should be fine
