Knockback For The Plunger?

Hello again! I haven't made a suggestion in who-knows-how-long, so I've decided to make one! Let's get started.
This is, obviously, a Dalek. It's from Doctor Who.

The Dalek is a rare hardmode enemy, like the Rune Wizard. It does enemy things.

Stats:
3200 HP. Daleks are hard to kill!
37 defense. Still hard to kill.
137 ranged dmg. Will explain in a second.
46 melee dmg. Ouch.
3 knockback. Lots of threes in these stats.

Here comes the interesting part.
They spend the majority of their time yelling "POSTPONE" (for possible trademark violation reasons) instead of shooting you. Say, 7-9 seconds.
This means that they pose a threat, just not as much as they would shooting you every 1/2 a second.

Now for drops.

The Daleks will drop 1-2 gold per kill.
They will also drop these novelty items:

The Eggbeater - Fires a small, yellow, beam-like projectile.

Use time - 9
Dmg - 14
Velocity - 8 (is this good? haven't played the game in months)
Knockback - 2
Tooltip - Wears a tank top.

The Plunger - It's a plunger.
Use time - 11
Dmg - 68
Knockback - 0
Tootip - Liberating toilets and minds since 1963!

And there we go! This is probably my longest suggestion which means that I'm incredibly disappointed with myself!

The eggbeater doesn't do too much damage,and the plunger's no knockback means enemies just brush it off and keep charging.
 
The Eggbeater does have a 9 use time though. I might change The Plunger if it gets enough people wanting knockback though.

As a fan of the show I 110% support this. My only concern is that there may be copyright infringement or problems of that nature.

Perhaps Talek or something simliar?
 
how does it say "POSTPONE"? does it show up above their head? in the chat? or in the sound?


other than that, i dont really have any complaints. Nice suggestion!
