The Demon Heart did not work when I consumed it. It won't let me use or get another but I only have 5 accessory slots. I am playing on an expert mode world and it won't work. I have tried everything that I can think of but, still nothing. I used the Demon heart while the world was switching over to hard. I didn't notice this wile I was doing stuff except the lag.

Thanks for the report! We placed the 6th and 7th accessory slots under the armor - could you confirm no accessory slots are unlocked there, as well as send us a photo of your equipment page?
If nothing is unlocked and you only have the 5, could you send us a video of you trying to use the demon heart?
