Switch Does anyone else’s game crash when going to the right end of their beach?

Hi there @MMSC thanks for reporting this, others have mentioned also encountering this issue.
One workaround (that works for most players) is to completely zoom out before entering that area. Terraria on the Switch will be getting an update hopefully later this year, and hopefully this issue won’t be present anymore. Hopefully.

I created a large world and got the same crash.
Yes, it happens on large expert worlds on Switch. Try the workaround of zooming all the way out (to 0% zoom) before entering that area.

Have the zoom at 0% before entering the area that crashes. Stay at 0% the entire time you are there.This workaround works for most people.
