Better Wings
Changes older wing graphics to be more appealing and artistically consistent.
Complete list:

- Steampunk: Properly aligned, finally.
- Butterfly: Softer outline.
- Leinfors's: Slight perspective edits.

Wings with new sprites display more proudly when not flying.
- Angel: improved based on Fledgling Wings.
- Harpy: improved based on redrawn enemy Harpy.
- Demon & Bone: improved based on redrawn enemy Demon.
- Bat: New flapping animation.

- Fire: Drawn from scratch, original design.
- Ice: Drawn from scratch, references Cirno (Touhou)
- Spectre: Drawn from scratch, references Monarch Wings (Hollow Knight)
- Festive: Drawn from scratch, references Flandre Scarlett (Touhou)

is this compatible with 1.4.1? i tried using it today after my game updated but it wouldn't show up in the texture pack lists in game. i put it i all the right spots for it to show up. also, it looks really cool
