Drive In Moviegoers act as a cool way to have movie themed enemies spawn in during Solar Eclipses so that they don't swarm you too much.
Drive in Moviegoers resemble different 1950s cars (all functionally the same), that have a projector on the top showing black and white footage of various old horror movies in a loop animation.
Drive in Moviegoers spawn the enemies in the Solar Eclipse. Destroy their cars to lessen spawn rates. They do not attack you beyond collison damage and spawning the enemies.
They reference the old practice of drive in movie theaters.
Defeating Drive-In Moviegoers makes random "death" animations:
1. A boy and a girl kissing, but then they look at you and run off in the distance.
2. A dude turns dark (like the explosion gag in old cartoons), and falls over.
3. The movie goers fly off the screen like giblets.
4. Car explodes entirely, leaving nothing
5. Car is totaled, but still appears for a short bit before fading.
Just for jokes.
They do occasionally drop their Car Keys, which allows you to drive a 1950s car mount and crash into enemies.
