After I beat golem, I accidentally spawned the ancient cultist, teleported back home, and entered the dungeon, and to my surprise, the ENTIRE background walls of the dungeon were replaced with the cavern layer background. The graphics of the dungeon were freaking out, though it did not crash.
(Edit) Nevermind it seems deleting some data on the PS4 fixed the problem.
