PC Error when changing resolution

One day when I tried to open terraria, it just froze. I tried to find a solution on the internet, and tried the one i found. I went to the terraria.exe file and ran it as administrator and in windows 7 compatibility mode. This didn't work, and now when I try to open terraria it works, but it starts in a little window, and when I try to fullscreen it, it gives me the error message I attached to this post. Nothing so far has worked, like reinstalling xna framework.

So when you don't run it as an administrator that error message doesn't occur? When not run as an administrator at which point does it freeze? If you enable logging and trigger the freeze again, then fetch the log, what does it say? To enable logging see below:

After I enabled the logging, the game started normal, no error, no freezing. I don't know what happened or why, but it works now. Thanks for your help
