According to the wiki thorny bushes from the corruption/crimson spread their respective evil, but the wiki doesn't specify how. Do they have to actually touch uncorrupted materials or do they spread it in a radius like corrupted blocks?
Corrupt / Vile Thorns spread corruption/crimson in a radius like other corrupted / crimson-ed blocks. They can even spread to other thorns, if you happen to have Jungle and Corrupt/Vile Thorns close enough together.
