Expert Mode Exclusives

I'm curious. Do the items acquired in expert mode treasure bags such as, the worm scarf or brain of confusion, function normally in non expert mode worlds?

I recently noticed that the mechanical cart works in normal worlds and I was wondering if other expert mode exclusive items also retain their abilities in normal worlds.

All expert and Master mode items work in Normal mode, with the exception of the 6th & 7th accessory slots. The sixth only functions in expert or master mode, the 7th only working in master mode.

Ah. Ok cool thanks. The wiki isn't clear on that (at least per item). The items are identified as "Expert world exclusive content". Thanks again
