Then make map wide sky arena with 2 or 3 platforms then litter them with lots of ammo boxes, and some heart statues then "Spam to Victory" with chloriphyte bullets.
Doing that with Twins, just slay spazmathing and if you hide in the right spot, the second form retonazer cant touch you. (Im too good to hide though recommended to first time challengers with no post mecha boss materials)
