Weapons & Equip frostbrand and frostburns

So I've always loved the frostbrand it's such a useful and great weapon.
But... it has one problem and its that it doesn't inflict frostburn.







So make it happen please.

If the damage were reduced, then sure. The frostbrand already does plenty of damage.
