Issue Was Fixed
When you kill the Lunatic Devotees and Cultist Archers and exit to the main menu right after the Lunatic Cultist is spawned into the world, the Lunatic Devotees and Cultist Archers will no longer appear at the dungeon, meaning its impossible to fight the Lunatic Cultists/summon the Moon Lord (without a celestial sigil) in that world. Killing Golem again doesn't fix the issue. This glitch makes it impossible to beat the game without loading another world.
If you are having trouble recreating the glitch, I killed the Lunatic Devotees/Cultist Archers while they were off screen with a Zenith.
