PC Game crashes when you set points and click "Open Folder" without a screenshot being taken beforehand

It looks like it cant find a certain file. I'd recommend backing up all your worlds, and players, and reinstalling terraria in case that file is missing.

I think the missing file is just the "Captures" folder itself. However on my computer (Win 7 64) it doesn't crash, it just makes the game flicker for an instant.
