Xbox One Game freezes upon entering world, and going through specific biome transition

A world I created last year is now crashing whenever I try to join it, specifically when settling liquids reaches 99%. On another world, I can't go to the jungle biome without the game crashing on the border of it and the corruption biome. Is there anything I can do about these problems?
