Mobile Game not responding to Gamevice controller

The game vice controller is just like the razer kishi its actually identical. I love this game on mobile but only with controllers like these. Can I get some advice on if I need another app installed or something in game settings? I have the gamevice controller app still nothing. Yet this controller works for all my xbox cloud games and minecraft on mobile. So its the game thats the problem
 
I'm having the same issue with my HyperX Clutch Wireless. I have tested the connection via Bluetooth and wire, but none of them work. I also tested both DirectInput and XInput. No problems at all in any other game (except Asphalt 9), including GeForce NOW.
I also use it on PC, and it works just fine there.
