Go Home Buddy, I Hardwire 7-Segment Displays Alone

First off, a reference to the Incredibles, you guys better have gotten that.
Second, I designed a 7-segment display unit. It isn't the most compact thing ever, but I am working on that, but it is quite simple to understand. Keep in mind that this is my first display, and I am simply showing how simple wiring is in Terraria. This isn't compact or anything, I just wanted to show you guys how my thought process works with something (fairly) simple so you might understand how I build more complicated things. I am aware many other people have made these. Just let me build my stuff and let me say it's nurturing creativity, not building the best thing ever.

To convert from binary to decimal representation. So. essentially, anything. For me, I'm going to use it for teleportation memory.

Lots of people have made 7 segment displays in Terraria.
This one kind of looks like a bit of a mess. `

This setup you might like, it's much neater.

This was a device I was working on to test the rate of fire for different weapons. It seems to work well. `

Wow, that Yiphix guy sucks! This is the design I use!

[doublepost=1494565739,1494564578][/doublepost]Also did you guys and one singular girl get the reference, like what part of the movie it's from?

Well, I still think it would be better to have all the wires coming in from the top or bottom so you can line up more numbers next to each other like in my device. But that setup is better.
Also you have an AND gate on the lower right that has no wire coming from the output. It's doing nothing.
`:D

This is the vertical design I mainly use, so I can align them next to each other horizontally. If I want to stack them vertically I use the horizontal design, which you can see if you skip to 2:20.
