I believe the intended behavior is that groom and bride are supposed to be able to spawn any time while in a graveyard, but this bug makes them despawn almost instantly during the day. To witness this happening, you need move the camera to see enemies spawn, like being at the edge of the world or with the drone+goggles. You can also equip a lifeform analyzer and see groom/bride immediately disappear shortly after.
cause:
Dug into the code and saw that a newly-spawned groom/bride is not assigned a target player. With no player target in a graveyard, zombies are encouraged to despawn off-screen during the day.
