Help Converting PNG to XNB

Can someone help me convert these files to XNB? I tried some converters but they didn't work .
I just want to change the logo of the game because I really love the hallowed theme.

I tried them on my game and noticed a little piece of non-transparent background (white) between tree branches in Logo.png, I corrected it, if it was intended let me know and I'll convert it again.
