Hello there. I am making a mod that uses an item. It's a strange item in that it acts like a potion, but it also gives off a dust effect around the player. Unfortunately I have no idea how to do that because I am a coding newb and have practically no experience. The cods file is attached. If anyone could help me it would be appreciated.
