Hi, I was wondering if anyone knew whether or not it was possible on PS4 to dispense Beenades through wiring? I'm fighting skeleton prime and they help a lot but I need to focus on my death sickle and a couple of those would help a lot.

No there is no automated way to utilize thrown weapons like beenades. Only pre-built traps can currently be automated (dart, flame, spikey ball, spear). PC has gotten some new wiring mechanics in one of it's post 1.3 updates but I'm not sure if one was a dispenser.
