Weapons & Equip Hive Pack needs to be upgraded

The Hive Pack is basically useless, although it is an accessory from Expert Mode. Its functionality is limited to only one set of items and only at a certain stage of the game, unlike other expert accessories that can be used throughout the game.
Should get a rework just like Brain of Confusion.

For example, it could also affect the Wasp Gun and Horned Staff.
Or it cloud add extra summoning slot.
Or it cloud automatically create up to 5 strong bees (appearing every 2-3 seconds) that fly next to the player and attack enemies.

No, the Hive pack in Expert is viable well into Hardmode. The Bee Gun annihilates pre hardmode enemies. And I used it until I could craft the Spider gear. Granted, as a boss drop special accessory, it is very limited but you have to remember that Hives were an addition in a much later update for the game. It isn't an original boss fight. And since its a completely optional one (or atleast until you use the Star Fury to wake the Queen on accident) it really shouldn't give you accessories like the Shield of Cthulu or Brain of Confusion. If anything, they should make material versions of the Bee Weapons and accessories that make them more potent, further into the game. A swarm of murder hornets would be sweet.
