Switch hollow not spawning on surface

when i was playing on a world i just beat the wall of flesh i look for the hollow did not find it only the normal biomes jungle forest desert snow, beach and the world evil i reloaded never found it . it was only underground and i found this annoying

Is the Underground Hallow on the side of your world where the Jungle is? It's possible the surface portion of the Hallow generated on the jungle and the Jungle prevented much of it from generating. Pearlstone appearing in your surface jungle would suggest this is the case.

Then you don't really have a surface hallowed since jungle cannot be converted into hallowed, however the Dryad NPC will always sell hallowed seeds so you can lay down a line of dirt and start spreading those seeds you only need 125 hallowed tiles to create a biome.
