how can i get terraria tweaker 2?

I am a new player (i started playing like a year ago) and i guess something bad happened to the dev of tt2 , and later tt2 got removed . Can anyone tell me if I still can get it?

As curteousy of the original developer who no longer actively participates in the Terraria community and for Tunnel King, discussing about how to get Terraria Tweaker (as far as I know) isn't allowed on the fourms

To clarify - the author of TT2 removed the download links, requested that we lock his discussion thread, and no longer participates in this community, for his own reasons.

The tool is not available here from the original source, and I would be very skeptical of any 'alternate sources' for it, if those exist.
