tModLoader How can I go about making a Modded Tile take up multiple positions?

So I understand how to make a custom tile and how to make the item that places the tile, but how do I go about making the place tile take up 2 or so positions on the x-axis? (Such as the table taking up multiple places)

I would really appreciate some guidance here, as I have not been able to find anything on this topic so far. Thanks in advance!
